People"s Committee of Quang Tri province has decided the investment policy Wind Power Plant Project Huong Linh 3 with a total investment of over 1.530 billion. Details Decide here.

This project by JSC Wind Direction Spirit 3 (A subsidiary of Tan Hoan Cau) as an investor, the design capacity of 9 wind turbine, wind turbine capacity each from 3.3 to more than 3 , 4 MW, the total capacity of 30 MW.

According to Quang Tri Province People"s Committee, the project was implemented in Huong Linh commune, Huong Hoa mountainous districts, using 8 hectares of land and the operation duration of 50 years. It is expected that the wind power plant will Huong Linh 3 generator in May 12/2020.

Detailed progress of the project as follows:

May 12/2018 - 3/2019: Drawing up and approval of the investment project.

May 3/2019 - 5/2019: Making technical design-BVTC

May 5/2019: Compensation Clearance, bidding, bid selection

May 6/2019 - 9/2019: Construction of infrastructure, purchase contracts, imported equipment, power network construction, turbine foundations

October / 2020-T11 / 2020: transportation and installation of equipment

May 12/2020: Testing, calibration and connections, generators.

Wind power is one of the areas where the Quang Tri province attracted the most investment. Over the first 3 months of 2019, Quang Tri province has approved the investment for five wind projects totaling up to about 6,770 billion.

Specifically, in addition to wind power projects Huong Linh 3, Quang Tri province was approved for the Company Limited Wind Direction Phung, investment Wind power plants Huong Phung 3, the design capacity of 30 MW, the total capital on 1.580 billion investment, using nearly 9 hectares in Huong Phung commune, Huong Hoa mountainous districts.

Quang Tri province has approved JSC Quang Tri Gelex energy, investment projects Gelex wind power plant 1, 2, 3; in which each plant has a capacity of 30 MW. These projects have a total investment of nearly 3,660 billion, employs approximately 24 hectares of land, Huong Linh commune, Huong Hoa district and commune mountains User Agreement, Dakrong mountainous districts.

By early May 4/2019, Quang Tri province has one wind farm in operation. It is wind power plant Huong Linh 2, by JSC Corporation investment Tan Hoan Cau, with a capacity of 30 MW with a total capital of VND 1,500 billion in operation since 2017.
